Club Rules & By-laws

We intend to be an organization dedicated to the domination of car events/shows by utilizing the skills and talents of our members while maintaining an involvement in the communities in which we live. We will educate and motivate each member to maintain and preserve their vehicles.


OUR CLUB RULES

01.We will have fun.
02.We will not discriminate. We support all car makes, enthusiasts, and clubs.
03.Club business is to stay in the Club.
04.No alcohol in public while at club events. Drinking and Driving is unacceptable.
05.Street Racing is illegal, and will not be tolerated during team functions.
06.When the Club is caravanning the group shall maintain a safe distance between vehicles, respect others on the road, and help any member in need.
07.We will follow all State and Federal Laws.
08.All members must have a Team Anonymous vinyl sticker on their vehicle.
09.At shows, you must represent Team Anonymous.
10.Administrators have the final say, period.

Team Anonymous CLUB BY-LAWS

ARTICLE I – NAME
Section 1.The name of this organization shall be “Team Anonymous Car Club”

ARTICLE II – PURPOSE
Section 1. To be dedicated to the domination of car events/shows by utilizing the skills and talents of our members while maintaining an involvement in the communities in which we live.
Section 2. Educate and motivate each member to maintain and preserve their treasured vehicles.
Section 3. Help in our communities with donations whenever possible.
Section 4. Encourage interest in show quality vehicles of all makes and models.
To interchange ideas and suggestions with other car clubs that is mutually beneficial to their membership and ours.

ARTICLE III – MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Membership is a privilege that is offered by the founders of the club.
New members will serve a probation period. The probationary period will end when the probationary member wins a first place award at an event.
Section 2. When a candidate joins this club their spouses also becomes a member automatically. They have the same rights and should follow the club rules and by-laws when at club functions. All club activities shall be open to members and their immediate family. Member’s immediate family is welcome to help at all functions.
Section 3. When bringing a candidate to the club to join; the member bringing them in is responsible for their knowledge of our rules and by-laws.

ARTICLE IV – DUES
Section 1. Team Anonymous is a due free car club. However, from time to time administrators may ask for donations to the club to help fund project such as club shirt orders, club vinyl, or any other promotional item that the club may need.

ARTICLE VI – BEHAVIOR
Section 1. Members should not drink while at club events
Section 2. Members on club outing are representing the club and should act accordingly.
Section 3. Each member is responsible for his/her own actions, not the club.
Section 4. There will be no attacking (verbal or physical) of any kind towards another club member, sponsored businesses, or other clubs.

ARTICLE IX – GRIEVANCE
Section 1. Any grievance by a club member must be submitted to the administrators in writing.
Section 2. The administrators will review the grievance and decide the appropriate action to be taken.
